Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped promptly by UPS (CarbonNeutral®) from our warehouse in Washington, DC. kwai is only able to accept and ship orders in the United States.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will simply get your money back when you return your items.
You can return all unopened and still usable products to kwai for a full refund, anytime after your order. There is no time limit on this. We only ask that you cover the return shipping charge. Send us an email at email@example.com to initiate a return and we will get the process started.
